The Ultimate Way To Spring Clean Your Closet In 3 Days 2

Over the years, how many times have you told yourself "I'm going to clean out my closet this spring." Did you actually do it? Don't worry, I have a very easy way for you to accomplish this task. First, decide which three days you are going to set aside for the task. Are you going to do every Tuesday for the next three weeks? Or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday of next week? After you've decided which three days, then set aside a few hours on those three days to actually complete the task.

Day 1: Go through all of your shirts, blouses, t-shirts, jackets, coats and sweaters. Whatever is too small or you don't wear anymore, donate it to charity or consign it (at the end of the three days, then you can deliver the unwanted items to charity or a consignment store).

Day 2: Go through all of your jeans, trousers, slacks, shorts, skirts, and dresses. Whatever is too small or you don't wear anymore, donate it to charity or consign it.

Day 3: Go through all of your shoes, underwear, socks and sleepwear. Whatever is too small or you don't wear anymore (minus the underwear) donate it to charity or consign it.

You've completed the task, now go donate or consign the unwanted items (minus the underwear)!

5 Best Ways To Prepare Your Wardrobe For The Upcoming Week 0

1. Set aside a day to prepare for the week ahead. Wash, iron, and be sure that you have all of your needed items back from the cleaners.

2. Check the weather for the week ahead: (a) use a weather app that is on your cellphone or tablet, (b) or if you don't want to use a weather app, you may use www.weather.com, (c) or an even easier way is to go to your search engine, type: weather in Jackson, MS (for example).

3. Put together your outfits based on the week ahead. Consider any meetings, dinners, children activities, after work activities, and don't forget about the weather! Also, don't forget your workout clothes!

4. Put together your shoes and accessories for the outfits you have chosen. Accessories include jewelry, hats, scarves, etc.

Bonus Tip: You can place the accessories for each day in a storage bag, then place a small hole in the bag and hang on the hanger along with the selected outfit for that particular day. For all of those true fashionistas, don't forget to coordinate your matching handbag!

5. Place the chosen outfits together in a section of your closet!

Bonus Tip: Prepare one extra outfit just in case of an emergency or an unexpected event!

3 Powerful Tips That Will Make Shopping For Clothes Much Easier 0

Three powerful tips that will make shopping for clothes much easier.
1. Make a list of what you are going shopping for. If you are shopping for dresses, put that on your list and what stores you plan to shop at. Knowing what stores you plan to go to will save an abundance of time.
2. The day of your shopping trip, wear an outfit that is easy to change in and out of.
Trying on the clothes that you plan to purchase will save you a trip of not having to return the items to the same store.
3. After you have made your selected purchases, accessorize when you return home. Go ahead and pair your new clothes with jewelry, handbags, and shoes that you already own. This step will save you money!
