How To Stand Tall When You Are Feeling Low

Life. Isn’t. Always. Easy. Soooooo many unexpected things happen. Loss of a job, loss of a home, or even loss of a loved one. Sometimes you just want to shut down and go into hiding. Unexpected things WILL happen. There’s no reason for you to give up. Talk with someone (a friend, a family member, or a neighbor). Please don’t go through life thinking things will never get better. We live in a society where there are a lot of available resources for whatever you are going through. There are people willing and ready to help you stand tall when you are feeling low. Feeling “low” is nothing to be ashamed of.

It’s not always easy to continue on when no one is willing to give a few extra words of encouragement, positive vibes, or spiritual strength during those low moments. Those low moments may also be a process of preparation for prospering to the top.

Life is not filled with unicorns and leprechauns. So everyday isn’t a “magical journey”. Don’t ever let anyone make you feel as if something is wrong with you because you’re having a “low” moment.
